What is grounding? Grounding is being present, it is being in control of the moment you are in. This is why it is important to be grounded not just before a reading, but before just about anything you do that pertains to accessing the spirit world. If you aren’t grounded and centered it will make the information you are receiving harder to interpret. Make this a practice you do every day and you will find that the messages come in more clearly and with more purpose.
